I'm sure you've heard the startup cliche "fall in love with the problem you're solving, not the solution." But, why is this so important to do?If you're anything like me, you can get emotionally attached to solutions. I'll get obsessed with the idea for a new feature, process, slogan, or other plan. Many times, however, the feedback isn't what I want to hear. If you're in love with the solution, this can be extremely demoralizing. It's hard to keep going when people shoot down something you love. Instead, fall in love with the problem.There are many different ways to approach the big problem you're trying to solve. Don't get so hung up on one particular path.
