Make sure you establish product / market fit right off the bat and then only build an MVP. Launch a basic website with a strong CTA with a form for registration of interest and then invite those potential customers into Alpha then Beta before finessing the initial product. Only build and launch what is absolutely necessary and develop your GTM on that basis. Everything else can follow on from these early learnings.

Decidable's unique storytelling narrative is a true differentiator that businesses find valuable. The platform's goals for FY23 include customer acquisition through networking, word of mouth, and the addition of new features.
Decidable's new features include the ability to connect to data sources such as Web analytics (Shopify), Customer data, Transactional data, Social Media analytics, Market Research, Email Marketing, Product data, Advertising data, Inventory management, and Survey data.
We have built Decidable because business intelligence, as it stands today, is simply not serving the needs of everyone in every business and it should. The output is mostly too technical, too dry, contextually irrelevant and still requires interpretation so over 85% of the business users just don't use the insights. Currently, there are massive levels of financial waste and terrible levels of data adoption. We want all businesses to be able to see what's happening in their data, why it's happening, what to focus their efforts on and to grow their revenues

Qyro derives its name from an ancient term from Greek archery.
It represents the delicate moment when an archer finds the perfect opening to shoot an arrow and hit a target - a moment that requires complete focus, attention, and balance.

What is Qyro?
Qyro’s offerings include customizable stress management solutions for both individuals and companies. Through on-demand learning, live sessions on mindfulness, mental training, and coaching programs, teams are empowered, rejuvenated, and more productive.
Companies take a People Survey to measure the pulse of their teams regarding leadership, engagement, and stress levels. Then, Qyro analyzes the survey responses and creates a customized solution plan that strategically aligns with the organization and employees.
Based on Qyro’s research, the benefits of their offerings include up to 6 times more engagement, 18% increase in sales, and being 23 times more likely to be recommended as a “great place to work.”
Qyro Strategy
Qyro relies on organic marketing and is expanding its reach through partnerships with industry thought leaders. Marjan believes that talking with as many people as possible to bring awareness to new effective ways of leadership (while moving away from toxic culture that stems from flawed leadership) is how Qyro will scale.
Toxic work culture is the number one reason why people leave their jobs. We came to a point where we realized we need to start something because there is a crisis in leadership and work culture. It’s just the old way or the normal way of working, and it’s no longer sustainable. There is so much burnout and suffering, in a way, from the people’s side and there needs to be intervention on the business side.
